SRI / Ethical Overview
The Fund is suitable for long-term charity investors with a time horizon of ten years plus, who are looking for a sustainable income stream and potential to maintain the purchasing power of their portfolio. The Fund will only accept applications from eligible UK charities
The Fund has an ethical investment strategy and aims not to have direct exposure to companies that generate more than a small minority of their turnover from tobacco, pornography, gambling or the manufacture or sale of arms
The Fund is a Tax Elected Fund. As a result, investors who are eligible charities (as defined in the Prospectus) should not be subject to income tax on distributions received from the Fund and gains made on the disposal of units in the Fund should not be subject to Capital Gains Tax
