Investment Objective: The aim is for your investment to reflect the performance of the MSCI UK IMI Low Carbon SRI Leaders Select Index (index)
Description of Index: The Index is designed to reflect the performance of companies that have lower carbon exposure than that of the broad United Kingdom equity market and have high ESG performance. The index applies two sets of rules independently, Lowest Carbon Exposure Selection Rules and Highest ESG Performance Selection Rules. The ESG Criteria comprise the requirements as laid out in Article 12(1)(a) to
(g) of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/1818 (“PAB Exclusions”). Further, the New Reference Index also aims to avoid concentration by capping issuers within the Index to a maximum weight of 18%.
