An ‘Individual Investor’ Introduction to Fund EcoMarket

Fund EcoMarket is primarily designed to support financial services professionals, however we welcome everyone who is interested in sustainable, responsible and ethical investment fund options.

We are not authorised to offer advice so can not directly support individual investors, however you are welcome to peruse our fund tool, which is ‘for information only’ and not to be viewed as advice or endorsement of any kind.

This free to use information hub helps users to…

  • Read about ethical, sustainable and responsible investment fund policies and strategies
  • Understand the core similarities and differences between these funds with the help of our unique ‘SRI Styles’ labelling system.
  • You can use our SRI StyleFinder Questionnaire to identify your best fit ‘SRI Style(s)’
  • Gather information that will help shape your views on the kinds of investment that might suit you so that you are better placed to have discussions of that kind with your financial adviser, via an fund platform or elsewhere.

What’s on Fund EcoMarket?

Our aim is to help people to bring their lifestyle choices into their investment strategies by showing fund strategies that are specifically designed to help address environmental, social, governance and ethical issues and opportunities. As such Fund EcoMarket carries the following information:

  • Fund EcoMarket is a comprehensive directory of all ethical, sustainable & responsible Investment funds (onshore, regulated, retail only) – displaying information about what makes these options unique or different from funds which do not focus on sustainabilty, personal values or related areas.
  • The site shows ESG (environmental, social and governance) and ethical fund strategy information only.  This is partly because this is our area of expertise (and interest!) and also because there are plenty of other sources of information on more generic topics such as performance and price.
  • The main fund database is also available as an App via the Apple and Google app stores – Also for free. To download our app just search ‘Fund EcoMarket’
  • Please do keep in mind Fund EcoMarket is for information purposes only.  This site is not to be viewed as ‘advice’ or ‘endorsement’ of any kind.

We do not deal directly with individual investors as we are not regulated or authorised to offer financial advice.

Please contact an authorised adviser if you would like advice.

A list of financial advisers who have confirmed to us that they offer advice on sustainable, responsible and ethical investment funds to all clients can be found on our ‘Find Adviser’ page –  or you may search online for an adviser in your area.

Please note our adviser list is compiled for your convenience.  It does not constitute any form of recommendation by ourselves.
