The Advisers’ Sustainability Group report ‘Sustainability In Practice: Guidance for Advisers and Trainers’ was launched on 8 September 2026, with kind words from Sacha Sadan.

The report is the output of a group convened by the FCA in 2024, (Julia Dreblow was Vice Chair)

The Advisers’ Sustainability Group report is in four parts:

– Essential Knowledge – a foundation for success
– A Good Practice Framework for advisers (in two parts: business, and advice process)
– A Framework for training and CPD provision
– Appendix (this includes a glossary, and adviser ‘tips’, supporting the above chapters)

 

The report includes practical support as well as recommendations.
