Sustainable, Responsible &/or ESG Policy:

Type: An Alternative Investment Fund investing in unquoted companies qualifying for EIS relief.

Objectives: Focuses on sectors with significant environmental impact, including sustainable retail, energy, transport, B2B SaaS, food systems, and waste/recycling.

Intended Investor: Sophisticated, high-net-worth, or professional investors with a capacity for long-term, illiquid, high-risk investments.

The fund offers investors the opportunity to invest in a portfolio of shares in early-stage companies that have the potential for rapid value growth and provides exposure to sectors such as Sustainable retail, Energy, Transport, Business to Business Software as a Service, Food systems, waste and recycling; investing where there is significant opportunity for positive impact to the environment.. The portfolio consists of unquoted securities that are high risk, volatile in nature, for which there is no liquid market, and for which accurate values cannot be obtained. This is a complex investment product which is categorised by the FCA as an RMMI.

Investors must demonstrate sufficient knowledge in understanding the key characteristics of the investment product. Knowledge is to be demonstrated in areas such as unquoted securities, the associated risks of the investment product, plus associated tax implications (if applicable), all of which are explained in the Information Memorandum which must be read prior to investment (along with the associated Investor Agreement, KID).
